Another great treatment they offer is the deep tissue massage. The massages are incredible! The place is clean, beautiful and very welcoming. I started Cryo about a month and a half ago once per week for recovery and inflammation purposes and it has given me all that and more. I can’t reccomend Elite Cryo Lounge enough!!!

I went in with back issues and my back feels better than it has in years and I work out consistently. Katrina, the owner is the most kind woman and makes you feel so comfortable during the whole process!! I would highly recommend Elite Cryo to anyone and if you haven’t tried it you’re missing out!!

The waiting area couch is super comfy and the decor is relaxing and upscale. Once in the cryo room I always feel completely relaxed as the lighting and space is created in a way that is warm and inviting. Kat is always extremely professional and thorough in helping me through the process. The entire facility is clean, the staff professional and the atmosphere relaxing while remaining upscale. I usually go for my hip pain and muscle rejuvenation and always leave with my pain immediately gone. I can’t recommend Elite Cryo Lounge enough and have quite a few of my friends going there now!
