Low key, small spa with a nice vibe. I was staying in midtown and had a few hours before dinner. Absolute Serene spa was recommended by the hotel concierge. I called and made an appointment for the same day. The rooms are kind of small but comfortable. Great lighting and background music set the tone for a relaxing atmosphere. The massage was top notch. My masseuse asked if i had any injuries or anything she should be aware of and gave a great 30 minute massage that was both therapeutic and relaxing. I recommend !

Nov 05, 2024 · Tom MartinFantastic place to escape New York for an hour. Clean spot and Shishi is very knowledgeable and well trained to make you feel like a new person. I've had tight shoulders and hips and Shishi has helped relieve that pain. Will continue to visit.

It’s very clean and Shishi has worked to make it welcoming with fresh flowers, understated decor and new, wider massage tables. Her service has remained the same as always, great massage always with a smile and a laugh.
