Nancy was amazing! Was sick last week and really needed a recovery massage. Was able to get a same day appt which was great! She got every knot out and truly gave me one of the best massages ever. Also the spa is so beautiful and clean! Staff is all super nice as well. 10/10

I keep coming back because the staff are amazing, the massage therapists are incredibly skilled (I have been taken care of by Locus), and the environment is clean and wonderfully taken care of. When I walk in, I am always kindly greeted and served tea and little candies. I get super dense knots which require a heavy hand, and I always leave feeling incredibly relaxed and happy! I have recommended to my family and friends and also extend to anyone in the city in need of a massage!

The exceptional service from Ginger (receptionist), Lucas, and Sophia (massage therapists) made us feel like VIPs from start to finish. Their techniques were outstanding, and their warm, welcoming demeanor set the tone for a relaxing experience. Ginger went above and beyond, accommodating our last-minute reservation with ease and even meeting us outside to personally escort us to the spa. This was five-star service at its finest. It was our first visit, but we’re already looking forward to making Yihan a regular part of our self-care routine.
