Everyone at Upper West Spa was absolutely lovely! I purchased a spa treatment as a gift and my friend said she had an incredible massage. I had a billing issue and the manager Joanna could not have been more responsive in helping me get it resolved. She was truly a pleasure. Overall I would highly recommend!!

I started laser hair removal at Upper West Spa last year because my friend recommended them and now I don’t have to touch a razor anymore. Every facial I’ve had here has left my skin feeling refreshed and healthier than ever. The estheticians—I've tried a few—are incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, customizing each treatment to my skin needs. I just had my first massage here this weekend after finishing a package at a different spa, and it was amazing! My therapist had a magic touch, working out all my tension. I felt like a brand-new person! It feels like everybody cares and employees are proud of their skills. Upper West Spa is my go-to place for selfcare!

The facial left my skin feeling smooth, hydrated, and glowing, possibly the best facials I’ve ever had and I am a Hydrafacial junkie. I get them everywhere. The esthetician Joana was very knowledgeable and customized the treatment to exactly what my skin needed. Extractions were painless, dermaplaning flawless plus she gave me excellent advice about my skin. The massage was just as incredible. The therapist was highly skilled, targeting all my tension areas while making sure I was comfortable the entire time. I walked out feeling refreshed and completely stress-free. My lower back feels much better today. I will be back!
