I’ve been going to this spa for Time Eraser treatment and it has been amazing! Soria took great care of me—she was gentle, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience super relaxing. I’ve noticed a real difference in my skin since the treatment—my skin tone looks more even and my acne has significantly reduced. Highly recommend booking with her!

I’ve had many facials over the years and have been visiting Skin Spa locations around Manhattan for over a decade. My recent facial with Natalie was one of the best I’ve ever had—exceptional service and results. If I could, I’d book with her every week. Highly recommend!

It has been about a year now that I have been visiting this location and started doing time eraser facials. I will start by saying I have gotten so many compliments from people stating how my skin looks so vibrant, cleaner, and healthier. The laser genesis has really helped with the redness of my skin, my acne, and reducing dark spots. Aside from the amazing difference and the confidence boost I feel after the improvement in my skin, I would also love to give a huge shout out to Mariza at the front and Soria. Soria is such a gem, a very true person, and thoughtful. Every appointment she always gives me an update on how my skin is improving, and even during the glycolic peel, she will stay there and use a small electric fan to decrease discomfort. I would 100% recommend this location. The staff have a great vibe, and it is really clean!

If you purchase a Groupon for $50, then I guess it’s worth it. The facial I got was very average, nothing exceptional. I added a glycolic acid treatment for an extra $50, but overall, the experience felt pretty “mid.” The space itself doesn’t have a high-end or luxurious feel, so I wouldn’t recommend paying full price for their services. One thing I really didn’t like was that they asked for my credit card information for their records. I would have preferred the option to use Apple Pay or another secure method without worrying about my data being stored. If you’re looking for a budget option and you get a discount, it’s okay—but don’t expect anything amazing.

Absolutely horrendous service. The waxing practitioner was very rude, unprofessional and inept. Took off my skin during waxing that resulted in active bleeding. Blamed me for my hair. No apology or acknowledgement from her or the business. Had given them a second chance after a few years seeing recent reviews. Avoid at all costs!
