Love their services. One of my business partner recommend them to me for virtual meeting regarding weight management. I did this recently and Yolanda was great to assist me to gain a normal life once again. I'm still using their service and enjoying it.

Made an appointment with Libby at their Astoria location last summer. I had been wanting to leave this review for a while but they had no option for google reviews. shady!! Anyways I initially made an appointment for “jaw contouring” with filler listed on their website. i showed up to the Astoria location and I got there no one was there, then Libby showed up with a ring of keys, she couldn’t figure out what key went with the door, she called back and fourth with someone about what key it was. I found this really unprofessional and probably should of left at that moment when I started to have second thoughts. We finally get in after about 20 min. I was thinking this would be an actual doctors office, but instead was an extremely small room with a bed and a little desk. I then asked her if she had a license to practice and she said yes. So then she tells me so we will do Botox on you it’s slimming for the jaw. I thought to myself I’ve never done Botox, and not to mention this is an off label use, that’s not what I made the appointment for. She said that doing filler leaves uneven results and can look bad. All that tell me is that you’re just inexperienced. I end up going through with the Botox and it did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. It was a waste of $500 and my time. I even told her after I was not satisfied at all and her solution was to do more Botox! I then did some research and found out she has just became a nurse. So clearly everything I felt was in fact true. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I’ve since had kybella done by a real dermatology practice with experienced physicians and NP’s, who were surprised that this woman took this approach given my concerns and desires. Coming from someone who is in medical school they should be ashamed of this so called establishment.
