Don't go here. They do not care about the safety or privacy of their customers. I used to go here often, but on my most recent visit, an older man peeped on my friend after her massage when she was topless and there was a crack left open in the curtain that covered her door. We reported it to the front desk man (short and wears glasses) and he did not take her allegation seriously at all. She told him that her masseuse had brushed off her concern about the man and claimed he was probably looking for massage stones but that made no sense because those are not stored in individual rooms. Then the front desk man also suggested my friend did not see the man and claimed there were no older men in the place (working or customers) even though he sat at the entrance. He offered no other help or accountability. We left feeling very uncomfortable.

One of the best massages I’ve received!! I booked a 60 minute signature massage and I wish I would’ve did 90 minutes from how amazing it was lol. I’ve been dealing with terrible neck/back pain and I walked out feeling like a brand new person. I will definitely be returning. Thank you!!

Had an appointment from 7:30-8:30pm (the close at 9pm) and I left a 50% tip! I left and returned within 2 mins because my bag was in the restroom and they wouldn’t let me in the building, at 8:32 I called and called and eventually they blocked me. Eventually I got in the building to physically knock on the door, my friend called and it went through to the extent that I could hear the phone ringing and announcing my friends full name! I’m currently waiting for the police so I can file a report-disgraceful! Also filing a report with the better business bureau. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Update: because my number was blocked from calling I called the police. When the police arrived they noted that the phone lines rang for them but I was blocked and did all they could to contact the property manager to resolve this issue. The owner Steven saw my review online and reached out to me that he could return to the premises and included his number, the officers spoke with him. Twenty mins later, he arrived and upon inserting his keys into the spa doors, noted that “the door was actually unlocked the whole time”. I found my things behind the bathroom door, on the floor-not where I left that at all as I am a germaphobe, it was on the counter. Outside the police and I discussed how the door wasn’t unlocked at all, as we had our turn knocking and it didn’t budge. Very weird situation, would still not recommend and I’m very appreciative for the officers assistance!

I called to book a massage and asked for a masseuse with strong hands/fingers who uses mostly hands vs elbows during the massage. The person who answered the phone said they don’t have that kind of masseuse which I thought was strange. And he was also very rude. There are plenty of other places to get a massage that will happily book you with someone that uses mostly hands if requested. And treat potential customers with respect. Terrible customer service.

My fiance had a 60 minute massage by a female masseuse in a private room. After it ended, the masseuse closed the curtain but the curtain has a half inch gap at both ends. She was topless getting ready to get dressed and leave, when she saw an older Asian male employee staring at her through the gap of the closed curtain for about 3 seconds. Afterwards she told her female masseuse what happened, and was gaslit that the male employee was walking by, and then she changed her story that the employee was looking for hot stones which doesn't make sense because why would an employee look for hot stones via the crack of closed curtains when there is clearly a customer inside? When my fiance reported this to the front desk, she was told "I don't know" if that was an employee even though there are less than 10 workers present, and that it was probably another customer, and completely disregarded her. This was an invasion of privacy, and even worse unprofessionalism and lack of accountability.
