Have been going to this salon once in a while for a few years. I went in one evening with my sister to get a mani/pedi. While we were getting our manicures done one of the women doing our nails kept mentioning a tip and said to not forget to tip us at the end. Which I always do when My nails are dried, right before I go. Absolutely disgusted that employees demand a tip because they are doing a good job. Doing a good job is your job. Lost a loyal customer.

Do not come here. This women Yisel that worked on my toes cut OFF parts of my skin after I told her do not cut my cuticles only cut whatever you see is necessary to cut that is sticking out. The shocking part is that she spoke great English and understood everything I said however declared that I need to cut my cuticles and that I need to cut them more often in order for my nail color and my nail pedicure to look good. not only does my nail color not look good and she did she miss some parts and didn't color it and fully she also cut me so deeply in my skin that as a dancer I cannot even dance this weekend at a big Festival that I'm attending because my foot hurts and it's burning and I'm limping. Do not go there if you don't want to get cut do not go there if you don't want to get ripped off because all they do is charge you extra money for their service. Their service is just pretending that they're giving service when in reality they are just after your money! My manicure was done poorly she ended up cutting my nails really short after I told her not to and my nails are uneven as well and you can see that there's glue from the uv on the sides of my nail. When she did my back massage for a second I realized she never gave me a foot massage even though I'm paying for a spa pedicure. Not fun! She ended up demanding an extra tip at the end and asked me did you like my job. I just said you cut my nails too short and I asked you not to. And she replies your nails will grow back. Thanks for ruining my weekend! I'm missing my nails and my skin after this place! They should close down soon! Btw no refunds if they screw up! So make sure before you come here to get a goooddd lawyer!

My husband took me here for a facial and eyebrow wax. Emma took care of me. My eyebrows were very nicely done keepimg their natural lines and size. My facial went great. I had a lot of blackheads and my face is always dry but Emma did a great job....my face feels rrally soft now. I will definitely come here for facials.....great service and very cortidious staff. - Vanessa

They give me good service all the time, I love talking with the owner, she is very funny.
