Had my first facial today and it was perfect! Candida was my skin therapist and she explained each step thoroughly, educated me on skin care routines and products, and took the time and care to connect on personal level to make me feel comfortable and pampered. My skin looked and felt great when I left, and I signed up for a membership right away. The ambience was relaxed, cozy, and clean, and every person I interacted with was kind, and not pushy at all with add-ons, memberships etc. Great experience, quality, and very honest prices!

Heyday is my happy place! It's been two years since I started going to Heyday UWS, and my skin has never been better. I can't thank Candida enough for transforming my skin. She always takes the time to assess my skin's needs and customizes a facial that leaves my skin glowing. Candida is a wonderful skin therapist who is incredibly knowledgeable about skincare. The best facial I’ve had in a long time! The front desk agents are very welcoming and offered beverages while you wait for your esthetician. My esthetician Binta was so warm and kind. She handled my face with care and patience since this was my first laser facial. At the end of the facial she helped me create a better home regimen for the current state of my face. I will definitely be back, very soon! Book with Binta, you won’t regret it!
