From the moment I walked into the medical spa, I knew I was in the best hands. The front desk staff was so sweet and welcoming, making me feel comfortable right away and asking if I needed anything. The entire experience was top-tier from start to finish! Now, let’s talk about Shirley !!!! Just WOW. Her professionalism and expertise are unmatched. She explained everything from A to Z, making sure I understood every detail of the treatment. She answered all my questions without hesitation, even about other services I was interested in. I could tell she genuinely cares about her clients and wants them to feel confident and informed. For my Botox, I wanted a completely snatched and frozen look from my forehead to my eyes, with a delicate, refined touch on my nose to prevent flaring and enhance a petite look. Shirley absolutely delivered! Her hands were incredibly soft and precise I barely felt a thing. I was nervous about the Botox on my nose, but to my surprise, I felt almost nothing! At one point, I even thought I’d need one of those stress ball squeezers, but honestly, I didn’t need it at all because the whole process was so smooth and painless. Beyond her skill, Shirley is just an amazing person. She’s so kind, funny, and incredibly comforting. I’ve been to other places before, but this experience was completely different better in every way. I now trust no one else but her with my face! If you’re looking for someone who is not only a true expert but also warm, patient, and detail-oriented, Shirley is THE one to book with. I’d recommend her 100,000 times over !! you won’t regret it!
