Review Title: Unacceptable Wait Time – Poor Customer Service I had an appointment for a massage and arrived on time, expecting a smooth and professional experience. Instead, I was asked to simply sit down and wait—without any updates or explanations. After 45 minutes of waiting, it became clear that my time was not valued. A business that relies on scheduled appointments should respect them. If there are delays, at the very least, communication is expected. Unfortunately, that did not happen here. Very disappointing, and I won’t be returning.

When leaving I offered her a $5 tip and her response was, “why not $10?” And proceeded to show me a price list of tips as if they were services charges and continued to demand it. It’s been a couple of hours since my massage and I’ve had nothing but back pain since leaving, which is rare for me. I wanted to give it a second chance but the back pain is a dealbreaker for me, especially when I wanted to relax and feel good. I don’t recommend.

Jan 25, 2025 · Yusra GimieThis place don't look like much on the outside but the work they do inside is amazing. I had a deep tissue massage with hot stones and foot massage also. You feel brand new when you come out. I recommend to everybody. The only turn off was while paying she demanded a tip and got a little upset when it wasn't to her liking. Also, pay in cash because it's a $8-10 difference for credit card.
