My experience at Viva Skin was fantastic! Kimberly is the sweetest and she did such an amazing job w/ my PDO thread lift! She really went above and beyond which was super kind. It’s still early but I am seeing a difference and I am thrilled! It was my first time going and I will absolutely be returning! Thank you!

I have so many great things to say about Kimberly. I just had an appointment with her for PRP tear-through filler, and she absolutely exceeded my expectations. I’ve been wanting this procedure done for a while and Kimberly was able to answer every question I had. She’s incredibly knowledgeable especially on the anatomy and made the entire process seamless and comfortable. She even convinced me to try Botox. I couldn’t be happier with the results from my appointment today, she even said I looked happier in my after pictures. Her expertise and genuine care for her clients are unmatched. I feel more confident and beautiful than ever all thanks to her. If you’re considering any treatments, I highly recommend Kimberly!!

Kim is a consummate student of anatomy and all things aesthetics. I have had Botox with her 4 times and she does an amazing job each time. My skin is so smooth and her technique allows her to create a brow lift with the Botox. I need to make sure I go more often for other services! Thanks Kim/Viva Skin!

This is the worst and most unprofessional place that I have been for any type of cosmetic procedure! I went there for the PDO thread lift after telling the lady Kim numerous times I wanted in the jawline area. What does she do? She puts it in the cheek area, telling me that it will lift the jawline & After the procedure, I noticed no change at all except for swelling and bruising. That's all I noticed after the healing there was no change at all. I asked for a refund she said absolutely not so I contacted my credit card company. They ended up giving me my money back, but after two months they reverse the charge. The lady Kim had me sign all this paperwork and on the paperwork it asked what area I said jawline area on numerous pages and it had a picture of the face. I circled the jawline area. This is ridiculous! I ended up paying $449 for something that I did not ask for, not only that, but she is so unprofessional. She was chewing gum the entire time in my ear while doing the procedure. I tried asking questions. She doesn't answer me. This was the worst experience I've ever had! I don't see how she’s still in business, there she has no signs in the building, saying Vivi skin it's a business that rents all these spaces out to other companies & she's very unprofessional does not do what you ask her to do. I am very upset and I hope people will read this review and stay far away from this business. All the other positive reviews are probably her friends leaving these reviews. Stay clear of this business very unprofessional!! This is for you Kim!! You ripped me off & you're mot going to get away with this! I'm leaving this review on as many sites as I possibly can!!

I had the most pleasant experience with Kim at Viva Skin NY! From the moment I stepped through the doors, I took immediate notice of how clean & chic the office is. Upon checking in at the front desk, I was taken back promptly — no more than a 3 minute wait max. I was given intake paperwork & Kim thoroughly explained to me the best treatment options for me based on my unique concerns and anatomy. We decided that a non-surgical BBL was the best option to enhance my petite frame while still looking natural. She was extremely gentle and compassionate throughout my entire treatment, taking her time & paying attention to every detail. I am obsessed with my results! I cannot recommend Kimberly Laughton, PA-C and Viva Skin enough.
