BEST Medispa in NYC hands down. I came to this hidden gem to get lip filler and the injector was so sweet and informative. The whole staff makes you feel so comfortable and welcomed and my lips turned out amazing. Super natural but also maintained the volume I wanted. Highly recommend

Despite booking with Edita at MediSpa by Noura, my initial review was posted under Norelle Health (as this is the name on my receipt). The office responded inappropriately by denying everything and accusing me of writing a fake review. Initially, management showed remorse and offered compensation, but upon follow-up, Edita stated they could only assist if I returned to see her. This is unreasonable considering I am out of state, and I cannot risk additional challenges. Additionally, I recently learned from Galderma that the combination of products used was "off-label" and not evaluated for safety. This is not recommended by the manufacturer. I've tried contacting management via email, but they have been evasive and unresponsive. It is now over a month since my initial treatment and I still have irregularities. For more details, please refer to my complete review at Norelle Health. According to Aspire they are also registered as Sculpt LLC which leads to further confusion.
Jun 24, 2024 · SLI came here for a little new years tune up and was very impressed. A lot of medispas can make you feel rushed or pressured into purchasing products. Not here. Edita, was my injector for Botox and lip injections. She was kind, so knowledgeable and put me at ease. I’ve had lip injections and Botox several times but my this is by far the best results I’ve ever had for lip injections. Botox turned out beautifully as well. I’m returning in a few weeks for laser hair removal. I’m happy to have found my new Medispa.
