really enjoyed my time at the Midtown location. I had a skin treatment done with Amanda, and it was truly awesome. She took the time to ask me a lot of questions to really understand my skin type, and together we figured out a personalized treatment plan. I’ve been to a lot of other places before, but no one has ever taken the time to ask detailed questions or create a treatment plan tailored specifically for me. The whole process was smooth, thoughtful, and effective. Plus, the front desk staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

Amanda , Sean, Roman .… all the staff They are so professional, so welcoming, and naturally make you feel so comfortable . I’ve had such positive experiences, especially with my laser treatments, and I’ve received countless compliments on the results! Thank you so much Amanda you’ve been amazing and I can’t wait for my next session. Definitely I highly recommend this place, trust me you will not be disappointed.

My tech, Tatiana, was very sweet - she could tell that I was nervous and handed me a stress ball to hold during my treatment, which helped a lot! Thank you to you both :)

Loved the way she answered all my questions explained everything she was doing and made me feel so comfortable. She took all my concerns into consideration that I can’t wait to got back.

I’ve been to many Medspa I know how it works that we pay exactly whatever is listed on the pricing guide. Only facials that you’ll leave a tip. But this place will charge you with tax and TIP for a medical procedure! And they never told you on website or whatever until at the very end. And they don’t give you space such as doing it on the credit card machine on your own but asking you upfront and it’s really hard for customers to say NO. The front desk Sean was really pushy too I’ve never seen a Medspa that is so desperate to sell their service. Their way of asking for tip is really uncomfortable but you’re not supposed to do that in the first place anyways. SO JUST A HEADS UP FOR ANYONE GOING HERE. I’m giving a star just because the esthetician was nice and really helpful. 0 star if I could for this place and the front desk.
